Connecting Futures is a nonprofit organization that is located in the Union County area. Our programs are design to meet the needs of those youth/young adults struggling with mental illness/disabilities. Also as a way of giving back we also offer Mentoring service in the community. Our organization is committed to building better futures with youth/young adults of today.

Our programs and services are designed to encourage personal development of youth/young adults we serve. We believe that all youth deserve a chance to discover and put to use their inherent strengths & talents in order to become successful, contributing adults. By providing quality services and stable housing we want to promote positive, healthy child and adolescent development by resiliency, and respect for self and others. Safe housing, counseling and referral, and follow-up services are key to the success of every person we serve.
